INFORMATION ABOUT THE UNED INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK 2025

We are pleased to inform you about our UNED International Staff Week, which will take place at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) from March 31 to April 4, 2025. 

Objective: The main aim of this staff week is to share experiences of Higher Education Institutions on the following topics: 

• Internationalization (mobility and cooperation for partnership) 
• Innovation on Education 
• The University in the territory 
• Technology applied to distance learning 

Location: Madrid, Spain 

Target Audience: International Office/Erasmus Office Representatives in Higher Education, Academics teaching in the relevant fields (max. 2 people per organization).

Registration fee: 200 EUR

The registration period is: 15/11/2024 to 15/12/2024

After the registration period, selected participants will be requested to complete the payment process for the participation fee, which includes workshops, materials, a cultural visit, a bus for internal activities, lunch in Segovia, welcome lunch (first day) and coffee breaks.

Please kindly note that participants are expected to cover the travel, accommodation, and living expenses through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility (STT) available in their home institutions or other funding opportunities provided by their home universities.  Nor travel or stay costs will be covered by UNED, except those clearly indicated in this invitation.
