Students can obtain their student card in either of the following ways:
- In person at the Centre: bring your DNI and the card will be issued on the spot. If another person completes the procedure on your behalf, they must bring a photograph of the student, a copy of the DNI and written authorisation from the enrolled student.
- By post: send a photograph, a copy of your enrolment receipt and a copy of your DNI to the UNED Associated Centre in Pontevedra (C/ Portugal 1, Monteporreiro, 36162 Pontevedra), together with a stamped addressed envelope. The Centre will prepare the card and return it by post. Photographs will not be accepted unless accompanied by all the required documentation.
The Student Card must be presented at in-person examinations held at the Associated Centre, so all students should obtain one during the academic year.
The card is valid for four years.
We recommend waiting at least two days after completing your enrolment before requesting your Student Card, so that your personal and academic details can be updated in the system.

- You have 7 calendar days from the publication of your grades to submit a review request. If you wish to have your grade reviewed, first check the Virtual Course and the Course Guide to see whether specific channels have been established for review requests.
- Otherwise, as a general rule, the request should be sent by email to the lecturer responsible for the subject. In the GRADES section, next to your exam grade, you can identify the lecturer you should contact. We recommend consulting the Regulations on Exam Reviews, and the corresponding application form.
- Students taking University Access examinations for those aged 25 and 45 and over must request reviews through the online review application available in the Virtual Administration Office.
