- Tecnologías de la Información Geográfica (GeoICT) Its main objective is to develop and carry out research activities using the technological and methodological possibilities inherent to Geographic Information Technologies, such as Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing and Automatic Cartography. +info
- Innovation in teaching and learning geography under the EHEA (GEODIDAC) The aim of the group is to design innovative teaching strategies for the acquisition of competences, from a transdisciplinary perspective, both for teachers and students. +info
- Grupo de Estudios de Ordenación del Territorio (GEOT) (UNIZAR) Its aim is to promote applied research and its transfer to the public and private sector with a multidisciplinary orientation.

- Inclusive V-GeoSciEd : Fostering Diversity and Inclusion in Geography and Science Education through Virtual field trips. (V-GeoSciEd) The project promotes an inclusive approach to diversity in the context of Education for Sustainability in Geography and Science Education using digital tools, such as Virtual Field Trips.
- Virtual Field Work in the context of Global Change – a blended learning approach for higher education (V-GLOBAL) (2021-1-FR01-KA220-HED-000023242) The project proposes to develop ESD at the university level by accompanying university teachers towards digital and innovative teaching practices. +info

Cartoteca biográfica de autores europeos (BIO-MAPS) (2020-1-ES01-KA201-082590)
The three objectives of the project are to:
- Raise awareness of the social value of literature as part of the European cultural heritage.
- Promote the use of work methodologies and innovative digital technology in asset analysis: Promote the work methodology “Digital Map Storytelling” and the technologies of Geographical Information Systems in the Cloud with ArcGIS Online.
- Promote the competence development of the students: in linguistic communication competences, when working the digital narration with maps; cultural awareness and expressions, when carrying out literary routes in digital cartography. +info
- Innovative Pedagogies for Teaching with Geoinformation (GI-Pedagogy) (2019‐1‐UK01‐KA203‐061576) The project supports and equips teachers to bring Geographic Information Systems (GIS) into the classroom and has two aims: first, to review existing pedagogies relating to GIS and to develop effective and innovative new approaches; and second, to embed those approaches through a combination of teacher training and resource provision. +info
