Ph.D. in Psychology from the National Distance Education University (UNED) with a "European Mention". Received a unanimously awarded "Cum Laude" distinction. Additionally, was honored with the extraordinary award from the Faculty of Psychology at UNED for the academic year 2003-2004.

- COST Action: A European Network to Leverage the Multi-Age Workforce Beginning in October 2023, the COST Action LeverAge will build a pan-European and global network of scientists and professionals focused on Age Management at Work (WOP/HRM) that will advance, share, and promote evidence-based knowledge and implementation of practices to fully leverage the multi-age workforce and enhance well-being, productivity, and prosperity for individuals, organizations, and societies facing profound demographic and technological changes. It includes 24 COST member countries and 8 international partner countries.
