PhD in Manufacturing Engineering (2016) and Master’s Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (2012) from UNED, and Architect (2010) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Academic positions held

Currently, he is a Tenured Lecturer (Profesor Contratado Doctor) and coordinator of the Engineering Projects knowledge area in the Department of Construction and Manufacturing Engineering at the School of Industrial Engineering (ETS de Ingenieros Industriales) of UNED.

He has taught at the Higher Polytechnic School of Nebrija University in subjects related to project management, graphical expression in engineering, materials science, and manufacturing engineering over three academic years. Since 2010, he has also served as a Tutor Professor at the Associated Centers of UNED in Madrid and Madrid-South.

Research activity

His research focuses on Project Management and Engineering as well as Manufacturing Engineering. His main research lines include the analysis of multi-criteria decision-making techniques to develop methodologies useful for project development and policies for the reuse of industrial heritage buildings, as well as the analysis and optimization of additive manufacturing processes.
