  • Multilevel Fundamental Rights (FUND-RIGHTS) Research on the protection of rights within the European multilevel system (national, supranational, and international). It analyzes the interaction between national constitutions, the EU Charter, and the European Convention on Human Rights.+ info
  • Teaching Constitutional Law (DeConsEns) Group dedicated to the design and renewal of active methodologies for teaching Constitutional Law. It aims to foster student participation and practical learning within UNED’s Undergraduate and Master’s degrees.+info

RESEARCH PROJECTS

  • Law and Constitution This project focuses on the creation of updated teaching materials for studying the constitutional framework within the context of contemporary crises. It aims to adapt theoretical content to current social and political realities, providing dynamic resources for UNED students.+info
  • Introduction to Human Rights Law A project dedicated to developing pedagogical tools for learning the fundamentals and protection systems of fundamental rights. The goal is to simplify the understanding of legal guarantees at both national and international levels.
